AEM Electronics builds engine management modules for cars. Their dealers install those modules and have to keep them current, so AEM needed a way to get new firmware into dealers’ hands without shipping it by hand.
We built AEM Infinity to sit between the two. AEM staff upload new firmware as it’s released. Dealers register the installations they’ve done, download the firmware they need, and get notified when there’s an update.
What we did
- Built the AEM Infinity firmware distribution site
- Added firmware uploads for AEM staff
- Added dealer registration for new installations
- Added firmware downloads and update notifications for dealers
